90-min New Client Somatic Process Session
This session includes a 30-minute Intake Interview and then we will do 55 minutes of Somatic Process Work for you.
In a Somatic Process session, we will support you to repair and transform your nervous system. Your intention or goal will determine where this session will go. We go slow, catching every little facet of your nervous system’s needs. These sessions often lead to lasting changes and growth. This hour will include integration time - we want you to get the insights which your body’s natural wisdom wants to show you.
These sessions blend Somatic Experiencing, Birth Process Work, Polyvagal Therapy, and Integral Somatic Psychology.
